Short Biography
Über Johann Pollmanns ist nur wenig bekannt. Er wurde am 27. Dezember 1919 in Dülken/Viersen in Westfalen geboren.
Pollmanns fiel als Unteroffizier am 28. April 1943 bei Cozzolina und wurde auf dem Friedhof Santa Maria della Pietà in Neapel im deutschen Ehrenteil erstbestattet. Es gibt zahlreiche Fotos von der Beerdigung.
Heute ruht er auf der Kriegsgräberstätte Cassino, Block 16, Grab 981.
