Our youth exchanges and workcamps are organized and led by dedicated teams. These teams consist of education officers from the International Youth Encounters Department, international partners, and motivated young adults who take on responsibility as team leaders.

What makes many of our projects unique is their peer-led approach. Young people from the target group themselves dedicate their free time to creating spaces that encourage exchange and community. These young adults are well-trained—often holding a youth leadership certificate (Juleica), for instance—and contribute valuable experience gained through their studies, work, or other areas of life.

Teamen

For most of our projects, we collaborate closely with international partner organizations. These partners not only help shape the content of our programs but often provide team members from their own networks. Together, we form internationally diverse leadership teams.
