Exhibition and Podcast
Exhibition and Podcast
A wandering exhibition and a podcast will be created by the "Against forgetting"-participants
The results of the youth encounters will be documented through the creation of a podcast and an exhibition. This will ensure a sustainable outcome of the Against forgetting-project and allow the participants to pass on the knowledge they have acquired. The exhibition will display the specific war crimes the groups dealt with during their youth exchanges, as well as the Nuremberg Trials and their impact until today.
During every youth exchange, each group creates a contribution for the exhibition. The participants work with historic sources, conduct research and edit texts and photographs. They will receive practical tips on how to work with historical material and how to convey their new knowledge about war crimes in a sensitive, reflective and critical way.
Each youth exchange group will also create a podcast episode during the specific encounter. The podcast is a report on the work which took place during the exchange and will showcase the unique perspectives of the participants.
They will also use social media to share their findings and impressions with other young people, spread awareness on the topic of the project and help us grow our community and our network.
The exhibition will be shown in all the partner countries and beyond with the goal to reach other Europeans and make them aware of how important it is to preserve the memory of the past and to stand up against all forms of discrimination. The exhibition will start wandering in Ysselsteyn, the Netherlands, from spring 2026, and travel through all the participating countries afterwards. Exhibition places and periods will be published here soon.
You will find here soon some impressions of the creative work. When finished, a digital version of the exhibition and the podcast will be presented here.
